The Organic and Natural Experience (ONE) tour will be appearing at the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival, September 12-13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Castro Street. The ONE tour features leading organic and natural companies that have joined forces, educating people around the country. The collaboration, called the Organic and Natural Experience (ONE), is in its fifth year. ONE’s major component at Mountain View Art & Wine Festival is an impressive 10-foot by 30-foot co-operative and interactive exhibit that is currently on tour throughout America appearing at major events. The ONE exhibit will be located at the corner of Villa and Castro Streets.

The ONE exhibit offers free product samples, discussions with knowledgeable “Brand Activists™”, colorful signage, take-home action kits with product coupons, Web site links and tips for taking social and environmental action. Through the educational materials and discussions, consumers are encouraged to “take action” towards the Tour’s goal to bring about positive social and environmental change simply by using, and asking for organic, natural, and eco-friendly products. “We want you to taste, feel, smell and see the organic and natural difference,” said Michael Martin, ONE Tour Creator.
The Organic and Natural Experience marks the first consumer exhibit to showcase organic and natural brands and products, while encouraging activism. ONE tour participants at the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival include: Back to Nature, Horizon Organics, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day, R.W. Knudsen, Santa Cruz Organic, SO Delicious Organics, and Stonyfield Farm Organic Dairy.
According to Martin, “Organic and natural brands don’t have the massive marketing budgets of established brands. ONE creates a cost-effective way for its partners to continue making inroads with mainstream consumers by using grassroots techniques.” For information on the ONE tour, visit http://www.organicandnaturalexperience.com.
